Training Manual?
I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure that this is not the way it's done. Even on the internets (rule 34 notwithstanding).

Been there. Done that.
This is the 2nd time today I heard about rule 34. There's a whole world of internet stuff I never heard of. Maugtamom
Could be in the Kama Sutra. Two Bats on Stalactite?
I drove past a neighbors farm early last year and their donkeys were mating. It didn't look anything like that but it WAS unmistakably still mating, in public, visible from the road, hanging out for all to see...
This is a strange message about the book...
I just used StumbleUpon and found your blog. I must say, it's hilarious. I'm bookmarking it now!
That wacky National Book Award committee...
I think it's from Hieronymus Bosch, the great anatomist. (not an art history expert, but when I worked in my college's library, "checking inventory" usually devolved into "looking at picture books")
I wanted to add a note:
This is kinda creepy but snails hang upside down on slime ropes and entwine when they have sex. Sounds like a fetish to me... a creepy fetish... you realize that snails are hermaphrodites and they entwine so tight that one has to chew the penis off the other to seperate which then makes them a heterosexual couple. Now that is so creepy, icky and jsut plain dirty sex.
Dave F., wish you hadn't said that. The aquarium in my office somehow acquired a population of those little pea-sized algae-eating snails, and the other day they were having some sort of slow, molluscan orgy on the glass.
For more information on snails (and other bugs and creepy crawlies) mating, I recommend http://www.sundancechannel.com/greenporno. Of course, it's also more than you EVER wanted to know about Isabella Rossilini
