If I remember right, this was one of the books that made me realize I actually didn't mind science fiction all that much. The chewed up cover brings back memories - that was the cover of the copy I read. I think all the covers of the sci-fi books we could choose from were terrible - with covers like those, it's not necessarily so surprising that 5th grade me assumed the entire genre was probably crap.A Library Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06144279685884011943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2055640445288546798.post-32193643755215556582010-01-06T10:29:51.680-05:002010-01-06T10:29:51.680-05:00LOL! So one can understand my shock at reading a book about cannibalism!!
Check the book out @
http://bookywooks.blogspot.com/2010/01/nothing-beats-walk-on-beach.htmlNicole, The Book Loverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06498532651009602967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2055640445288546798.post-10869346040877733972010-01-02T08:26:21.031-05:002010-01-02T08:26:21.031-05:00Dog must have thought it said "Bread to Come&...Dog must have thought it said "Bread to Come" and got tired of waiting so ate your book out of spite.Rex Parkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16145707733877505087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2055640445288546798.post-38510430582238336622009-12-31T19:02:23.470-05:002009-12-31T19:02:23.470-05:00I was thinking the same thing about the Dr. Who ca...I was thinking the same thing about the Dr. Who cat nuns.
